यूपी में आवारा जानवरों की फौज बरबाद कर रही फसलें, किसान परेशान

वाराणसी: यूपी में आवारा मवेशी किसानों को लिए सिरदर्द बन गए हैं. गाय, बैल आदि पशु फसलों को चर रहे हैं जिससे किसानों को भारी नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा है.

योगी सरकार ने सत्ता संभालते ही अवैध बूचड़खाने  बंद कराने के ऐलान के साथ ही गौवंश के वध पर सख्त कानून जारी किया. चूंकि योगी जी पहले से ही कट्टर हिन्दूवादी और फायर ब्रांड नेता के रूप में जाने जाते हैं, लिहाजा नए सीएम के फरमान पर बिना दिमाग लगाए सरकारी मशीनरी ने गाय-बछड़ों के ट्रकों के पहिये जाम कर दिए. गौरक्षकों ने भी खूब तांडव मचाया. इसका खामियाजा अब सामने आ रहा है. लोगों के छुट्टा पशु अब हरे भरे खेतों में तांडव कर रहे हैं. इससे किसानों की फसल तबाह हो रही हैं. हालत ये है कि इस फरमान के एक साल बाद जितने रुपये किसानों के ऋण माफ़ किए गए थे उससे कहीं ज़्यादा की फसल यह छुट्टा पशु चर गए.

किसान देवेंद्रनाथ चौबे के खेत में छुट्टा जानवर फसल तैयार होने से पहले ही चर गए. वे एक खेत में से जानवरों को भगाते हैं तो जानवरों का दूसरा दल फसल पर हमला कर देता है. इस लुका-छिपी के खेल में जीत जानवरों की हो रही है. देवेंद्रनाथ चौबे ने कहा कि "कोई भी जायदाद पैदा होने नहीं दे रहे हैं. गेहूं चर गए और एक भी दाना घर नहीं जा रहा है.''

सत्ता में आते ही योगी सरकार ने गौवध बंदी पर सख्ती दिखा दी थी. लिहाजा नए सीएम के फरमान पर बिना दिमाग लगाए सरकारी मशीनरी ने गाय-बछड़ों के ट्रकों के पहिये जाम कर दिए. गौरक्षकों ने भी खूब तांडव मचाया. इसका खामियाजा अब दिखाई पड़ रहा है. पूरे प्रदेश में हर जगह यह जानवर नजर आने लगे हैं. झुंडों में घूम रहे छुट्टा पशु खेतों को नुकसान पहुंचाने लगे हैं जिसकी चर्चा हर खेत खलिहान में होने लगी है.   

योगी सरकार ने चार अप्रैल 2017 को पहली कैबिनेट मीटिंग में 86 लाख किसानों के 36 हजार 359 करोड़ रुपये के कर्ज की माफी का ऐलान किया था. यूपी में करीब 2.30 करोड़ किसान हैं. इनमें 86 लाख किसानों की कर्जमाफी हुई थी. अभी ये कर्जमाफी के हनीमून पीरियड से बाहर भी नहीं निकले थे कि उनकी फसलों पर बछड़ों और सांड के हमले शुरू हो गए. हालात यह हो गई कि फसल बचाने के लिए किसान रात में खेतों की चौकीदारी करते रहे और योगी सरकार को कोसते रहे.

किसान जयशंकर सिंह का कहना है कि "ये जो बछवा जो छूटा है तो जितना हम लोग का क़र्ज़ माफ़ हुआ उससे अधिक हम लोगों का नुकसान है. तो इस क़र्ज़ माफ़ी से क्या फायदा है. हम लोगों का न चना होता है न मटर होता है न आलू होता है.''
